Wellbeing Speaker Series


 The UMD Wellbeing Collaborative envisions wellbeing as the core of how we live, learn, play, and work.

2019-2020 Wellbeing Speaker Series:

We invite you to join us for our Wellbeing Speaker Series where we'll host one presentation per month, each month highlighting one of the six dimensions in the Wellbeing Model that contribute to wellbeing:  health, relationships, security, purpose, community, and environment.

Each hour-long session will begin with a short introduction about the UMD Wellbeing Collaborative and a brief overview of the specific dimension of wellbeing related to that month’s presentation.

These sessions are free and open to all Faculty, Staff, Students and Community Members

NEW for 2019-2020! UPlan members can earn 25 Group Health Coaching points per session up to a maximum of 250 Group Health Coaching Points per program year.
