This four part series is offered by UMD Employee Health & Wellness Dietitian, Amanda Joyce.  The series is geared toward giving beginner cooks the skills they need to confidently prepare whole foods at home.  Classes including instruction/demonstration as well as hands-on preparation by participants.  Each session has a different focus, with session topics including preparation of vegetables, whole grains, a variety of protein sources, and soups.  Recipes will be shared and we will taste together at the end of the session.

Session Dates:  Sessions are on Wednesdays from 10am-11:30am on Oct 18th, Oct 25th, Nov 1st, Nov 8th (if needed, make up session on Friday, Nov 17th from 10am-11:30am)
