SC Advisory Council | The UMD Sport Clubs Advisory Council (SCAC) acts as a forum for sharing ideas and expressing concerns regarding the Sport Clubs Program. One representative from each UMD sport club serves on the Advisory Council. Sport Clubs at University of Minnesota Duluth offer students an opportunity to participate in competitive, instructional, or recreational sport clubs. Involvement in these clubs can enhance their collegiate experience and contribute to a well-rounded education. The Advisory Board's mission is to ensure the success of each club along with providing a place for members to present new Sport Clubs (SC) handbook amendments. Each club can question and vote upon proposed amendments that overall benefit the running and operation of all club sports. |

The fee also covers a per race insurance fee that we have to pay as well. We have several full-time coaches.
